OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Greek Boutique we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost or an exchange. Store credit will be offered after 14 days of receipt up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept returns over 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Your refund will be processed less the original shipping cost.
You may also request to receive a FedEx prepaid return label via email. If using our FedEx return label, you will be credited back for your item, less a $5.95 return shipping and handling fee, upon the receipt of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All merchandise must be in the original packaging and the original product tags must be attached to the item or garment exactly as it was shipped. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will not be accepted for SALE or CLOSE OUT items or CUSTOM orders, including customized apparel, custom paint orders, and special ordered items.
Wood products including paddles, wooden letters, and wooden crests, may only be exchanged. The Greek Boutique is not responsible for shipping for items that are exchanged.
THE RETURN PROCESS
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
